  • Site Observation: Regular site visits to verify construction aligns with the approved architectural drawings.

  • Submittal & RFI Management: Promptly reviewing shop drawings and answering contractor Requests for Information (RFIs) to prevent delays.

  • Quality Control: Reviewing mockups, material samples, and installations to maintain the highest level of craftsmanship.

  • Progress Tracking: Reviewing payment applications and managing change orders to keep the project on track.
